Metal Mesh for Modern Architectural Facade Covering
We supply 
ventilated mesh facades (wall covering curtain) for the cladding of new buildings and up-dating of old ones. We have many products that are used in façade covering: aluminum composite material, expanded metal mesh, perforated sheet, stainless steel woven wire fabric and steel wire rope. We are developing and creating a full line new metal façade covering materials.
The metal mesh cladded facade allows good air flow and light effect through into the building. Different mesh and curtain models offer numerous aesthetics possibilities for architectural designs.

Expanded Aluminum Facade Panels
Expanded mesh is a stretched metal sheet available with different shaped holes in one step, such as diamond, hexagonal, square. Expanded metal facades function as the architectural exterior privacy screen and shade screen, besides vent curtain panels. When sunlight goes through the facade curtains, it creates unique and brilliant lighting effects.
Aluminum expanded mesh facade is widely used in exterior wall cladding of buildings: airport access, shopping mall, theater, museum, exhibition halls, concert halls or other larger buildings.

Processing of Expanded Mesh Facade Sheets
Sheets or coils of metal are fed into the expanding machine.
Each machine is fitted with a unique "knife" dedicated to a particular pattern with simultaneously cuts (shears) and stretches the mesh to expand it.
Using the unique shearing and stretching process means very little waste is created and a small piece of sheet metal can be significantly enlarged when turned into mesh.
The mesh is then either cut into sheets or wound onto coils ready for shipping or further processing.
